Call the Rain Dancers

It has been many months since we had rain in the desert where I live. One day this spring, the sky turned dark, and we were excited because it looked as though rain would come, but it passed us by, and we were disappointed. However, sky was dramatic, the light on the trees sparkled, and I was compelled to paint it.
