The site is my inspiration. Plein Air painting is like a meditation for me. I feel connected to the Universe. I return to the site time after time and I struggle with the work. That is why my paintings have so much texture. I use brushes. Knives, cloth…..sticks…everything becomes a tool. My favorite medium is oil.
